Pa'ani Ranch General Information
Hours of Operation & General Information
Pa’ani Ranch & ATV Adventures, LLC is open daily from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. The first tour begins at 9:00 a.m. and the last tour departs at 3:00 p.m. Special booking times can be arranged upon request.
Guests must check-in 30-minutes in advance of their tour activity to complete necessary paperwork and to attend pre-activity safety briefings.
Complimentary items – Water, juice, and light snacks are included in all tour packages.
Transportation – We can provide transportation within a 30-mile radius of our ranch for small groups upon request. Our Pa’ani Ranch van can accommodate 14 passengers per trip.
Gratuity – Tips are not included in any of the tour package costs.
***We recommend guests bring sunscreen and a light jacket for their comfort***
Other General Operating Policies
Safety Policy
If at any time we feel the participant is acting in an unsafe manner, we have the right to remove that participant from the activity. For the safety and comfort of all guests we reserve the right to refuse service or participation in activities by anyone we feel unable to meet our minimum standard requirements. No alcohol is allowed on premises. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to participate
Liability Waivers & Indemnity Release
All guests must sign a liability waiver and Indemnity Release prior to participation in any of our tours. Guests under the age of 18 (minors) desiring to participate in any activity or tour must have their parent or legal guardian sign applicable activity liability waiver. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours advance notice is required for cancellation of reservations to receive full refund Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the activity price.
Insurance
A certificate of insurance listing the “Activity Agent” as certificate holder and/or additional insured under our General Liability policy will be provided upon request.
